Before you order
When will my order arrive?
Two to five business days. The rate is calculated in the cart, so the total you see is the total you pay.
Can I return something?
Within thirty days, unused and in its packaging. Return postage is yours.
Why is something out of stock?
Runs are small. A sold-out piece comes back when the workshop makes the next batch, usually within a month.
Do you ship abroad?
Not yet. Write to us and we will tell you when that changes.
The other four arrangements for a online store
Same fictitious business, same content, arranged four other ways. What do you sell, what does it cost, and how do I pay?
