Confirm and describe your project
Confirm by email, then open your account with the link we send. In it, answer a guided questionnaire — a simple version, or a detailed one for experts — and answer the few questions we still have.
Sign the contract, pay 25%
You receive your contract and sign it electronically. Building starts once the signed contract and the 25% deposit are verified, and you get a protected link to watch the site take shape.
Test for 10 days, line by line
Every line of your signed scope is listed with its proof. Accept or contest each one; non-conformities are fixed at no extra cost.
Pay the balance, get the keys
The remaining 75% is due before final handover. The site goes to the hosting you choose, in your name.
The 10-day check
Anyone can promise a website. Almost nobody lets you verify it. So the list you signed becomes a checklist, and every line of it is proved to you before you pay the rest.
You signed a list, not a mood board
The proposal you sign is a numbered list of what the site will do. “Modern design” is not a line. “Booking form arrives in your inbox” is.
We prove each line
Each line gets its evidence next to it: a screenshot, a test record, or a speed measurement taken on a phone.
You have ten days to contest
Open the finished site, go down the list, accept or contest each line. Anything that does not match is fixed at no extra cost.
Then the balance is due
Only once the list is clear. The site is transferred to hosting in your name, with your accounts and your passwords.

The price follows the pack grid plus any extras you approved in writing. Nothing is added without your signature.
Proof for every line
The conformity report links each line of your scope to a screenshot, a test or a speed measurement.
Full refund if we can't start
Also if our delay exceeds 15 business days and you cancel. A pro-rata refund applies to any non-conformity we fail to fix.
Your site, your accounts
Hosting, domain and store accounts are opened in your name. Your access to your own data is never held back.
Questions
Who is this for?
Professionals and small businesses only: restaurants, consultants, craftspeople and shops. We do not build SaaS products, marketplaces, native apps or regulated payment systems.
How do I pay?
Through Contra, an external payment platform. We never store card details. A screenshot of a payment is not a proof of payment: every payment is verified on our side before work starts.
What happens if I stop answering?
If you stay inactive for 30 days after the deposit, the deposit pays for the work already done. If your documents are enough, we still build the site and send the test link.
Can I extend the 10-day test?
Yes, ask with a reason before it ends. We accept or decline case by case. Without any answer at the end of the test, the test link and your content are deleted and no refund is due.
How many revisions do I get?
Three consolidated rounds during the test. Bugs and non-conformities are fixed without using a round. Beyond that, each change becomes a paid change, agreed in writing first.
Who maintains the site afterwards?
After the test period you own and run the site. Later breakdowns are your responsibility, except in cases of fraud or gross negligence and except where the law imposes a guarantee.
Which law applies?
The contract is governed by Moroccan law, and disputes go to arbitration in Casablanca. The full terms are published before launch.
