How are fees set?
A fixed monthly amount, written down before the first month. It changes only when the work changes, and then in writing.
Do you work with very small companies?
Yes, from five people. Below that the fixed fee is usually poor value and we say so.
Who will I actually speak to?
One of the four partners, the same one each time.
Can you take over mid-year?
Yes. The handover from your current accountant takes about three weeks.
